Choose Low Country!
As you can imagine, planning a wedding during a global pandemic was not the easiest things that we've ever done. Luckily, we chose Craig to be our wedding DJ. He was easy to contact, punctual for the wedding, and made sure that our wedding went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Craig to anyone getting married.

Very Professional and Easy to Work With!
If you are looking for DJ to bring life to your party, look no further than Low Country Events! Initially I was worried about the dance floor being awkward due to a small, older guest list and since my husband and I are not dancers. However, Craig was excellent at reading the room and was able to get everyone dancing and having a great time. The dance floor lighting he recommended created a memorable atmosphere. He did a great job keeping us on our timeline without us feeling rushed. I highly recommend Craig to anyone getting married.

"My wife and I at the last minute were bailed on by the DJ we had booked and Craig from Low Country Events came to the rescue!!! We were lucky to be having our wedding on a day he had free, and in 3 weeks we had everything all set and the party was better than we could have ever expected!!! From the lights, to the sound and to the music he played, we couldn't think of a better way to have spent our first night together. Definitely recommend L.C.E. for any party you'd be looking to throw! We already booked him for a fun 1 year anniversary party too."

"Craig was extremely professional, meeting with my husband and I a few times before the ceremony to make sure we were on the same page. He made the process so easy and went out of his way to make sure we were happy on our big day. He was able to customize our music to the point where we picked all the songs and when they were played. The dance floor stayed packed through the entire reception. He even provided lighting which just took everything up a notch. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a fun, stress free wedding day."

"Low Country Events and Craig was the best decision my wife and I made for our wedding. Hands down professional, reliable, and he accommodated every wish of ours. My wife and I's greatest concern was pleasing both our huge families with diverse tastes in music. We wanted everyone to have an amazing time. We shopped several DJ companies and beyond happy we went with Low Country Events. Craig listened to what we wanted and created an experience that every guest of ours loved. There was music for everyone's taste, and we danced all night!!! On top of that, Craig was entertaining, funny, and many guests shared with us how fun our reception was because of Craig. "Craig came through for us in a pinch after the band we had scheduled fell through. In hindsight, I think it all worked out to our advantage! I was concerned about hiring a DJ and getting the same old, same old. At the same time, we wanted to provide a professional sound and a fun dance party for our guests. Craig accomplished both of our goals, and was happy to select music according to our tastes. He had perfect suggestions when we needed them and helped us think through the succession of events. Most importantly, he brought a great energy and attitude to the reception. I think our guests set a record for number of hours on the dance floor! We appreciated his flexibility professionalism. "Craig was the DJ for my August wedding. His organized, professional, but easy going approach made for an outstanding day. My wedding was a casual, outdoor wedding that included lawn games like volleyball and horseshoes. I was worried about trying to balance the activities while still having the option of a dance floor. Craig was great at gathering guests on the dance floor when necessary and he put together a mix of music that worked for the diverse crowd. Craig helped with a lot of the logistics during the planning process, walking me through the order of operations at the ceremony, and giving me suggestions based on the many weddings he’s done. One example is how he gathered everyone and had them stand round during the first dance—he said it would look better in the photos. Sure enough, my photographer thanked him and it was great having family and friends in background of the pics. Also, it was great to have the website where I could select music online at my own pace—and he played literally every song I requested. Craig has a diverse knowledge of music so it was easy to explain to him what I wanted him to play even though I have quirky taste. He always responded promptly when I contacted him and meetings were easy and efficient. Especially if you are planning on having a non-traditional wedding, I would definitely recommend Craig. He took a lot of time to understand exactly what kind of vibe I wanted, and I felt comfortable that we shared the same vision. He read the crowd throughout the day and matched the music perfectly. I didn’t want to do a lot of the traditional stuff (father/daughter dance, bouquet toss) and was worried about the “cheese factor” of a typical wedding DJ. Craig is the perfect blend of professional and laid-back that I was looking for. If you’re on the fence about whether to hire him or not, stop debating and just do it. Your guests will thank you."

"Craig was absolutely amazing to work with, from start to finish! His laid-back, yet confident personality made it an easy decision to work with him for such an important event in our lives. He relieved one of the major stresses of the day by completely handling every detail, yet remaining flexible enough to incorporate any last minute personal touches we requested. We were really able to relax and enjoy our night, leaving all our trust in him to ensure everything in his department would run perfectly. Having one less thing to worry about on such a chaotic day is worth so much more than words can say. To say that he kept our guests entertained is a vast understatement. I am still receiving compliments about that day, over a year later. The music selection can single-handedly make or break an event, so choosing a DJ can sometimes be an anxiety-ridden task, especially if you are considering a DJ that you have not personally seen in action. I am here to assure you that you are in very capable hands with LCE and I can promise you will not regret your decision. He is able to read the crowd and cater to exactly what they are responding to, and somehow finds a way to engage every guest, from young to old. A difficult task for sure, but our guests span across four generations, so what are you gonna do? Hire Craig Edelson. Craig did a phenomenal job Emceeing and DJing our super special day. Craig worked with us prior to the big day and made sure that he had a very good idea of what we wanted to hear - spoiler alert, he delivered. Craig was punctual for the big day, and throughout the reception, the announcements were delivered on time, the event ran smooth, we felt at ease, and everybody had a GREAT time. It was in no small part due to what Craig did for us, and he somehow made it look easy. "Craig was by far the perfect DJ for us! He was the first DJ we met with in person and we knew we didn't need to look any further. We live in Atlanta and had our wedding in Bluffton, SC so the distance was a bit of a challenge when it came to planning everything. Craig was incredibly flexible to arrange meeting times and locations since we weren't in Bluffton very often, and he was one of our most responsive vendors throughout the planning process which put us at ease. We used his online planning tool to create a personalized playlist and more importantly...a do not play list, which was awesome. We even asked for certain songs to begin playing at specific second marks, which he was able to do flawlessly! The up-lighting he provided was absolutely beautiful and his DJ booth was very professional looking. The additional dance lights made for some great party pictures and everyone had an excellent time. Craig was an amazing DJ and we were amazed as to how in-tune he was with our wedding guests and the mood of the dance crowd. He definitely kept the party going! We loved working with Craig Edelson and would confidently recommend him to anyone."

Craig Edelson was a terrific addition to our day, a perfect fit for our style too! We had spoken with at least 5 other referred DJ's in the area, and each verbally agreed to DJ for us, but they didn't follow through, some didn't even bother to respond to our phone calls. We had less than two months before the day, and we were beginning to think were going to be stuck with an iPod reception. Instead, we were incredibly lucky to have Craig. From our first meeting, his professionalism and attention to our needs was impressive, and all our worries vanished. He met with us to determine what we expected, and since we had no interest in establishing an entire 6 hour playlist for the evening, he assured us he would choose songs based on types of music we liked and what fit our guests, young to old. Our dance floor was full from the opening song until the very end. Several guests commented on how much they enjoyed the dancing and music. He also did a wonderful job Emceeing to keep the flow of the evening going on schedule without being intrusive in the least, so that we were free to enjoy the party as well.
